Definitions of priority levels: Emergency - is defined as smoke in home, burning smells from vents, water running on finished floors or ceilings, risk of fire or electrocution, any threat to life or limb. *PLEASE REMOVE POWER FROM YOUR UNIT IMMEDIATELY FOR YOUR SAFETY and of course in true emergencies please call 911. Heating & cooling related emergencies are defined as indoor temperatures reaching below 50 degrees and above 90 degrees. Urgent - Need service within a day or two (including weekends and off hours, fees may apply) High Priority - Need service within 3-5 business days Medium Priority - Need service within the next week. Low Priority - Need service within the next few weeks. Check Ups - These are not typically prioritized but scheduled geographically and sometimes on short notice.
